Application Process: 3 Simple Steps
You can nominate yourself or someone else for the 2013 Parivartan Sustainability Leadership Awards.
Step 1: Check out the Award Categories
Step 2: Fill the Nomination Form
- You can nominate yourself or your organization by applying for the awards below. You can fill the questionnaire at your own pace and submit as defined in Step 3
- There is no limit to the number of nominations you can submit - you can choose to submit entries under different categories. However, please fill out a different form per entry
Step 3: Email the completed nomination form(s) ParivartanAwards@SustainabilityOutlook.in by Friday, July 5th, 2013.
Please Note: Complete Nominations received before the Advance Nomination deadline of Friday, June 14th, 2013 will be featured in Sustainability Outlook.
Feel free to include up to three (3) appropriate supporting documents (if any) like marketing brochures, pictures, client testimonials, web links, reports and audio visual material etc. with your nomination form. Any information provided by the nominee will be held in the strictest confidence!
